The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist with experience in commercial insurance, particularly in Property Owners and Tradesman policies. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to join a growing business where hard work and success are truly rewarded!

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop relationships with existing partnerships.
  • Deal with inbound enquiries from new clients.
  • Contribute to growing the social media accounts (TikTok, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Retain repeat business through excellent service and relationship management.
  • Provide advice on policies tailored to client needs, ensuring FCA compliance.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Work on warm sales leads provided.
  • Ability to generate own leads.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Direct experience in commercial insurance (Property Owners, Tradesman, etc.) is essential.
  • A driven, hungry, and enthusiastic sales approach with the determination to succeed.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Cert CII qualification (or working towards it) is desirable – full funding and support provided.
  • Knowledge of Acturis software is an advantage.
