  • Dealing with the marketing department and contributing to growing the social media accounts (TikTok, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Provide advice on policies tailored to client needs, ensuring FCA compliance.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Work on warm sales leads provided.
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or account management.
  • Direct experience in commercial insurance (Property Owners, Tradesman, etc.).
  • A driven, hungry, and enthusiastic sales approach with the determination to succeed.
  • Knowledge of Acturis software is an advantage.
