Are you passionate about tea? Do you want to do good and make our planet healthier? Joining us as Brand Manager for Clipper Teas you\’ll have the ideal opportunity to make Clipper Teas be the tea of choice for everyone while also doing good for the planet.

As Brand Manager for Clipper Teas you’ll be responsible for the execution and implementation of the Clipper marketing strategy and tactics to drive long-term sustainable growth, as well as to develop and project manage innovation and renovation across the portfolio. Additionally, you will be able to see what a difference it makes to be a Fairtrade tea company – changing lives for the better across the world and being a champion for biodiversity.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background; good digital marketing experience; understand the importance of brand USP/consumer relationship; be able to interpret data and build category stories, along with good commercial acumen.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the Clipper Brand Controller with the development, implementation and execution of brand plans (to include consumer insight, shopper behaviour, customer insight, analysis, pricing, promotional activity etc)
  • New product development (innovation and renovation) being responsible from ideation through concept and launch, to in-store execution and post launch analysis, working in partnership with all stakeholders
  • Through analysing the data on market trends, consumer and competitor behaviour, identify new market opportunities and build a compelling selling narrative for our retailers
  • Develop activities to win new consumers working with our shopper and commercial teams
  • Use consumer insights to develop npd, communications and influencer programmes
  • Maintain Clipper Teas brand websites and work with the social media team with an ‘always on’ mindset – content management planning, learning and optimisation
  • Administer and maintain the relevant A & P budgets: be able to calculate brand P&L\’s and maintain Brand Bank
