We are looking for someone passionate for an immediate start to join our small Supply Chain team here at Ecotone UK - the home of organic and naturals brands such as Clipper Teas, Kallo and Mrs Crimble's.

Working for Ecotone you'll be joining the first and largest multinational food company to fully become a B Corp.

  • Purpose of the job
  • To support with management of the flow of product between the multiple sites. Ensuring customer requirements and stock holding targets are met, while minimising risks.
  • Communicate challenges and decisions to the Customer Services and commercial managers
  • Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers, internal factories, Central Sourcing and other partners to ensure stock and forecast requirements are met.
  • Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborate with commercial team and Demand Planning team to understand key forecasts movement and challenge when necessary.
  • Collaboration with Orders to Cash team to support timely completion of order processing activities with from 3rd party warehouse/distribution centres.
  • Raising of Purchase orders and communicating Forecasts to key 3rd Party suppliers. Collaborate with other supply planners.
  • Co-ordinate transport from the manufacturing sites to the logistics providers (where necessary)
  • SAP MRP processes, stock reconciliation (SAP vs physical stock) shelf life, inventory rotation, part pallets investigating and correcting IDOC discrepancies
  • Stakeholder communication for order status, delays and service review.
  • Generate daily OOS reports collaborating with all planners across the business to provide accurate and up to date information
  • Reviewing previous Weeks/Months performance to help best position inventory

Our ideal candidate would be someone who is confident, a strong communicator, very well organised; has a flair for accurate data management and excellent attention to detail.

If you have used SAP or similar that would be very helpful.

Additionally, you'll probably have had some office or commercial experience, maybe in a logistics team for 1-2 years.

Strong excel skills are a must.

Training will be provided.
