We are looking for a fast moving, smart thinking, experienced Head of Products with a deep curiosity for our clients' problems, and a passion for this highly regulated industry. You’ll need the ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly - able to take a vision and break it down into component parts - and bring a great track record of delivery!
You’ll be quick to build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders because you’re deeply commercially aware and fluent in running parallel development tracks. Reporting into the CPTO, the Head of Products will run the client facing digital roadmap delivering products that support our external clients and internal teams.
You will own the product vision and execution for our core B2B data platform turning strategy into clear roadmaps and delivering on those through our internal and external delivery partners. Working closely with the go-to-market teams you’ll ensure that what we’re building is aligned with our client’s needs and delivers on commercial outcomes.
This is a senior role that includes line managing a small team and managing external suppliers.
- Set and own product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for data and AI products
- Translate complex customer and market needs into clear product requirements and prioritised backlogs
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams, data science and our operations teams to design & deliver high-quality, production-grade solutions
- Oversee external delivery partner relationships
- Work with commercial to align the go-to-market plan ensuring strong PMF and quick ROI on our investments
- Define and track outcomes establishing product KPIs focused on adoption, revenue impact, and customer value and using our OKR process to target and drive KPI improvements
- Lead constant discovery with customers, turning insights into differentiated product capabilities
- Make hard trade-offs: scope, speed, quality, and technical debt
- Act as the product authority internally and with key customers and partners
- Manage all internal comms for product, keeping the leadership team and wider board up to date and engaged
- Set the ways of working for rapid product development and feature deployment across the teams and externally
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the product team.
