The Opportunity: Help some of the UK's leading brands navigate environmental compliance with confidence. We're looking for a Client Services Administrator to join our Client Services team, supporting customers across a range of services that help them meet their packaging obligations and make more sustainable decisions. This role sits at the heart of our customer experience.

You'll provide day-to-day support to a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring they receive timely responses, accurate information and excellent service throughout their relationship with Ecosurety. From supporting customer enquiries and maintaining records to helping coordinate regulatory communications and reviewing incoming data, you'll play a key role in helping our customers succeed. This is an ideal opportunity for somebody who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes pride in delivering a consistently high standard of service.

Why Join Now? The environmental landscape is changing rapidly. New regulations, greater scrutiny and increasing sustainability expectations mean organisations need more support than ever before. As Ecosurety continues to grow, so does the importance of delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll join a business where customer service is genuinely valued and where your contribution has a direct impact on both our customers and our wider mission.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support Customer Success: Provide high-quality administrative and customer support to a large portfolio of clients, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Be a Trusted Point of Contact: Respond to customer enquiries covering everything from account access, invoicing and administration through to directing customers towards relevant guidance, submission requirements and regulatory information.
  • Keep Customers Informed: Support the delivery of client communications, including reminders, invoicing, event invitations, surveys and regulatory updates.
  • Maintain Accurate Client Records: Manage and maintain customer information across internal systems and CRM platforms, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Review incoming customer submissions and carry out quality checks to ensure information is complete, accurate and ready for wider business use.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues across Client Services, Compliance & Data and the wider business to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery and support the ongoing development of our customer offering.
  • Live Our Values: Contribute positively to team culture and embody Ecosurety's values of Protect, Inspire and Transform.

You’ll Probably Be Successful If You:

  • Enjoy helping customers and solving problems.
  • Have experience in a customer service, client support or administrative role.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and verbally.
  • Build positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Have strong organisational skills and enjoy working in a structured way.
  • Learn new systems, processes and technical information quickly.
  • Approach challenges with a positive, proactive mindset.

We’d Love to See Evidence Of How You’ve:

  • Delivered excellent customer service in a busy environment.
  • Managed multiple tasks, requests or competing priorities successfully.
  • Maintained accurate records or worked with business systems and databases.
  • Built strong relationships with customers or stakeholders.
  • Improved a process, service or way of working.
  • Worked collaboratively with colleagues across different teams.

Desirable Experience:

  • CRM systems and customer databases.
  • Administration within a service-focused environment.
