Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Lead based in Aberdeenshire, with limited flexibility to work remotely on select days. The Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer service initiatives, events management, brand content and supporting sales efforts. The role will involve crafting campaigns, building relationships with clients, and ensuring a consistent brand presence across various channels.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in Marketing Strategy and Market Research to develop impactful, data-driven campaigns.
• Understanding of Sales processes to support business growth and drive customer acquisition.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms relevant to marketing and branding is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
