Overview: This senior management role will focus on optimising gas servicing and maintenance operations at our client's Glasgow headquarters, before assisting in the rollout of new service depots across England. This is an important role in the future of the Service business and helping to scale the operations.

About You: You are a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence. You thrive in fast-paced environments and bring a calm, focused mindset to get things done. You must have knowledge of commercial gas installation and maintenance, from planning and coordinating works through to testing, commissioning, and ongoing servicing.   • Lead the office and engineering teams within the Service department.
  • Continue developing and improving operational excellence and client service.
  • Create and develop key client and supplier relationships.

  • Oversee service delivery, scheduling, logistics and client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in a management role in field-based service environment.
  • Commercial gas installation and maintenance knowledge.
