We’re looking for a Fine Art Shipping Co-ordinator to support the handling and movement of high-value artworks and antiques across global networks. This role requires precision, organisation, and a strong understanding of how sensitive, high-value items should be managed from collection through to final delivery.

About the role

You will be responsible for coordinating shipments end-to-end, ensuring every piece is handled, documented, and delivered safely and on time. You’ll work closely with clients, galleries, collectors, and logistics partners, maintaining a high standard of service throughout.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments for fine art and antiques
  • Arrange transport with couriers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
  • Prepare and manage all shipping documentation (invoices, customs, permits, insurance)
  • Track shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Ensure correct packing, handling, and transportation standards are followed
