EcoSphere Energy Ltd is a growing renewable energy company based in Tiverton, specialising in premium air source heat pumps and solar PV systems across Devon and the South West. We design and install high-quality, MCS-certified systems for homeowners who value performance, transparency, and long-term efficiency.
We are now looking for a part-time Sales & Customer Coordinator to help manage incoming enquiries, support the quoting process, and improve our customer journey. This is an ideal role for someone organised, confident on the phone, and commercially aware — who enjoys speaking to customers and helping turn enquiries into booked installations.
The Role
- Call new enquiries and qualify leads
- Follow up on issued quotations
- Chase outstanding decisions professionally
- Respond to customer questions via phone and email
- Return missed calls
- Book surveys and installations
- Keep our CRM updated
- Support light admin around proposals and documentation
This is not cold calling. All leads are inbound or warm. Your role is to help improve conversion, customer experience, and response time.
What We're Looking For
- Confident and friendly on the phone
- Organised and proactive
- Comfortable speaking about technical products (training provided)
- Commercially minded — you understand that follow-up drives revenue
- Professional in written communication
- Calm under pressure
- Local to Devon (preferred)
Experience in any of the following is helpful but not essential:

Hours & Structure
