Ecoserv FM Group is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Mobile Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will provide general janitorial and cleaning services in a variety of locations across our facilities. You must possess excellent organizational and customer service skills, as you will be interacting daily with both commercial clients and members of the public. You must also be reliable, punctual and able to work according to a set schedule without supervision.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing general cleaning duties such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and scrubbing all areas of assigned locations
- Ensuring restrooms and associated areas are cleaned as per required standards
- Emptying rubbish containers, replacing bin liners, and cleaning urns and drinking fountains
- Reporting any repairs and maintenance requirements identified
- Maintaining an ongoing inventory of cleaning products
- Ensuring all machinery used is in a safe condition
- Attending to customers' queries in a professional manner
- Ensuring that health and safety policies are adhered to
You must have previous experience in a similar role, hold a valid Driver’s License, and have excellent problem-solving skills. You must also be flexible and be able to work shifts/weekends when required.
