ecoSense is currently seeking an efficient Payroll Administrator to join our team.
Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm
In this role, you will manage and process employee data, ensuring accuracy in all entries, including timesheets, statutory payments, holidays, absences, and other payroll-related information.
Your work will ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Handling internal and external queries, escalating when necessary.
Managing the payroll inbox.
Ensuring all documentation is processed promptly.
Performing payroll-related administrative tasks.
Assisting the Payroll Manager in enhancing payroll processes where applicable.
Conducting basic payroll-related checks.
About You
Previous payroll experience, preferably in a fast-paced service industry such as facilities management, retail, or hospitality, dealing with both white and blue‑collar employees.
Basic payroll knowledge, including experience with payroll and time attendance software. Familiarity with Templa, SelectPay, and Timegate is advantageous.
Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and administrative skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Confident communicator with the ability to engage effectively with managers and employees via email and telephone.
Self‑motivated, able to work to deadlines, and demonstrate proven problem‑solving capabilities.
Ability to maintain professional internal and external relationships that align with ecoSense's core values.
Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
Professionalism, courtesy, and adherence to company policies, procedures, guidelines, and values are essential.
