Join ecoSense Cleaning – Leaders in UK Cleaning Services. At ecoSense Cleaning, we deliver market-leading cleaning services across the UK - and we’re growing fast. We’re now looking for a motivated, energetic, and professional individual to join our expanding Site Coordination team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a supportive and experienced team, where you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, setting you up for success from day one.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment - someone who can think on their feet, stay organised under pressure, and confidently manage priorities. Previous office, recruitment, or HR experience is essential, and experience in a similar role will be highly valued. You’ll need to be confident working independently, particularly across weekends and bank holidays, while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Working Hours
Thursday to Monday, 9am – 5pm (including Bank Holidays)

London Eltham SE9 - Looking for a local person within a 30‑minute commute

Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Recruitment via telephone interview
  • Full Onboarding Process
  • Placing Adverts for Vacancies
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Arranging training with Area Manager or Supervisors
  • Arranging cover for staff absences/sickness
  • Responding in a timely manner to clients and management
  • Ensuring deadlines/targets are met
  • HR duties
