Role Purpose
The Customer Service Administrator owns the full current customer journey at EcoPure Waters, from enquiry through to order fulfilment and payment. This is a hands-on, office-based role responsible for ensuring every customer new or existing receives an accurate, responsive and professional service across enquiries, order processing, invoicing and credit control.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all customer enquiries by phone and email, covering current orders, new orders and support requests, providing a single point of contact for the full customer journey.
- Process all sales orders accurately and promptly, liaising with the relevant internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Process delivery notes and raise/issue customer invoices, ensuring billing is accurate and issued on time.
- Carry out credit control on outstanding invoices: monitor aged debt, chase overdue payments, and escalate persistent non-payment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, order and invoice records in Zoho CRM / Zoho Books.
- Build strong working relationships with hospitality-sector customers, acting as their day-to-day point of contact.
