Role Description: This is a full-time on-site/hybrid role for a Purchasing Manager located in Long Crendon. The Purchasing Manager will oversee procurement activities, supplier management, and inventory control processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and monitoring inventory levels
- Negotiating contracts
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Ensuring timely delivery of quality materials to meet operational needs
The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and suppliers to align procurement strategies with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Strong procurement and supplier management skills, including negotiating contracts and optimizing supplier partnerships
- Experience in inventory management and cost-saving strategies
- Knowledge of sourcing and supply chain processes, with the ability to ensure timely delivery of quality goods
- Proficiency in analytics, including cost analysis and data-driven decision-making
