About the Role
At EcoOnline, the Sales Enablement function empowers our global sales teams for success. This role will focus on supporting our global Customer Success teams, delivering and evolving onboarding, training, coaching, content development, and sales planning services to ensure alignment with strategic goals and measurable improvements in sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and continuously improve onboarding programs tailored to Customer Success leaders and teams.
- Provide follow‑up support, reinforcement training, and enablement on key Customer Success skills and processes.
- Design and manage a certification program aligned with sales methodology, go‑to‑market strategy, and product knowledge.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions in partnership with cross‑functional teams, particularly Marketing/Demand Generation.
- Conduct individual and group coaching to address performance gaps and support development plans.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Customer Success leaders to enhance their ability to support their teams.
- Manage and evolve the Resource Hub, ensuring sales content and training materials are accessible and up to date.
- Create and maintain enablement content in collaboration with other departments.
- Champion the effective use of sales enablement tools, including ongoing training and support.
What we’re looking for
- Ideally 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, sales enablement, or training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred familiarity with Salesforce and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Value Selling.
- Proven experience in sales training and coaching.
- Strong understanding of customer success processes is an advantage, as is general sales methodology knowledge.
- Experience using enablement tools such as LMS, Gong, 6sense, ZoomInfo, or Cognism.
- Video editing skills for training content.
- Willingness to travel abroad if required.
