We are expanding our UK Enterprise Sales team and are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Representative to support growth across large, complex organisations. Our sales organization is evolving towards a more specialized and efficient model, where Enterprise Account Executives focus on high-value, strategic deals, while Inside Sales drives execution, deal velocity, and consistent account coverage. In this role, you will play a key part in increasing sales efficiency, maintaining momentum across the pipeline, and managing high-volume transactional sales within enterprise accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially driven individual looking to build a long-term career in enterprise sales, with a clear path towards an Enterprise Account Executive role.
Key Responsibilities
- Deal Acceleration: Partner with Enterprise AEs to progress opportunities through the pipeline. Support key stages such as discovery, stakeholder alignment, and follow-ups to improve deal velocity and conversion rates.
- Low-Value / High-Volume Deal Ownership: Take full ownership of high-volume, lower-value transactions within enterprise accounts (e.g., add-ons, incremental licenses, smaller expansions). Execute these deals with speed and consistency to ensure predictable revenue flow, while increasing overall sales efficiency and allowing AEs to focus on complex, high-value opportunities.
- Account Expansion Support: Identify and progress expansion opportunities in collaboration with AEs, Customer Success, and Account Management, ensuring strong coverage and no missed revenue opportunities within accounts.
- Inbound & Opportunity Qualification: Act as the first point of contact for inbound enterprise activity. Qualify efficiently and either close directly (where appropriate) or route opportunities based on deal complexity and size.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, BDRs, Customer Success, and Enterprise AEs to ensure coordinated activity, clear ownership, and efficient execution across the sales cycle.
What We're Looking For
- Quota-Carrying Experience: Proven success in a quota-carrying sales role (ISR, SDR, BDR, or AE), ideally within SaaS or technology.
- Enterprise or Mid-Market Exposure: Experience working with larger organisations or multi-stakeholder environments is a strong advantage.
- Operational & Commercial Mindset: Highly structured, efficient, and results-driven, with the ability to manage volume while maintaining quality.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent English (written and verbal), with the ability to engage professionally across different stakeholder levels.
- Data-Driven & Process-Oriented: Comfortable working in CRM systems, managing pipeline, and tracking performance against KPIs.
- Career Ambition: Motivated to develop into an Enterprise Account Executive role over time.
