About the role
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume customer ledger ensuring invoices are collected on time
- Proactively contact customers regarding overdue balances
- Use AI-driven tools to prioritize outreach and optimize collections performance
- Deliver consistent DSO and overdue reduction across assigned portfolio
- Monitor aging reports and escalate risks early
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Support to resolve disputes
- Investigate billing issues (POs, contract mismatches, incorrect invoices)
- Act as the key link between customers and internal teams to prevent repeat issues
Requirements:
- Experience in high volume or SaaS finance department is strongly favoured.
- Ideally AR / Credit control / debt collection background
- Proactive and motivated self-starter.
