The Role:

As a Junior Programme Manager, you’ll support our Senior Programme Managers to deliver outstanding learning and consultancy projects. You’ll help coordinate workshops, manage project plans, and ensure everything runs smoothly for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with diary management, agendas, status reports for large projects and client liaison.
  • Support the delivery of training workshops (in-person and online).
  • Support colleagues in preparing simple budgets, timelines, and client proposals.
  • Keep project plans updated and ensure deliverables are accurate and on time.
  • Compile feedback and create simple PowerPoint reports.
  • Maintain internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, project trackers).
  • Take part in project status calls and meetings.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and a genuine team player.
  • You may have had some experience in a projects role or have undertaken qualifications in a relevant field (such as Prince 2) but this is not essential if you’re organised, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
