We\’re looking for a strategic, technically-minded Senior Product Manager (IC role) to lead the evolution of our Sales Operations tooling and platforms, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud. This is a hands-on product role where you will shape platform strategy, drive high-impact enhancements, and

About the Role

You will own and shape the roadmap for core sales platforms and processes to drive innovation and maximise customer value, operational efficiency and scale. Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and engineering teams, you will champion a commercial focus to prioritise platform developments and translate commercial and operational goals into product outcomes that serve our B2B GTM function.

This is not a line management role but will require strong product leadership and the ability to influence without authority to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders across both the business and technology teams. You will lead discovery and definition of product and platform developments to drive the successful execution of key initiatives in a matrixed agile team.

You will have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and combine a strong delivery focus with a product development approach and technical depth, particularly across Salesforce and a wider sales operations toolset. Your work will impact key business outcomes and strategic initiatives to optimise the customer experience, process automation and pipeline visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy: Define and evolve the roadmap for Sales Ops platforms, aligning with the broader GTM and commercial strategy. Contribute to platform upgrade, integration, and technology lifecycle plans.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Engage Sales Ops, Commercial, and Engineering teams to align priorities, uncover user needs, and communicate roadmap direction.
  • Matrix Leadership: Influence a multi-disciplinary team (engineers, analysts, stakeholders) to deliver meaningful outcomes. Lead solution elaboration, requirements definition, and refinement processes.
  • Prioritisation & Planning: Triage a backlog of platform requests and enhancements, balancing near-term delivery with longer-term platform evolution.
  • Technical Collaboration: Act as a strong partner to technical teams in shaping scalable, supportable solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and integrated tools.
  • Iterative Delivery: Champion agile, user-focused development practices. Own delivery plans, monitor progress, and manage risks without losing sight of strategy.
  • Requirements Definition: Document user stories and acceptance criteria clearly and consistently, ensuring solutions meet business needs and are testable.
  • Platform Quality: Own platform health and performance from a product lens — ensure changes are valuable, scalable, and contribute to long-term maintainability.

The ideal skills for this role are:

  • Proven Product Experience: 3+ years in product management, ideally with exposure to Sales Operations or Revenue teams in a B2B context.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, ideally in a technical product or platform owner role.
  • Strategic Thinking: Experience shaping product/platform roadmaps, not just delivering tickets or features.
  • Matrix Leadership: Able to influence without authority and lead through collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Agile Fluency: Comfortable working in sprints, leading iterative development, and evolving plans based on feedback and outcomes.
  • Requirements & Discovery: Skilled in elaborating user needs into well-formed user stories and shaping solutions with engineering.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into business value and vice versa.
  • Execution with Vision: A balance of delivery focus and long-term platform thinking. Able to manage detail without losing the big picture.
