b Overview /b p As Reward Partner, you will support the Global Head of Reward in delivering and evolving global reward programmes. You will combine data-driven analysis with governance and project management to ensure competitive, compliant compensation and incentive design. You will act as a trusted advisor to People Business Partners and leaders, shaping job architecture and market benchmarking. Your work enables a strong employee value proposition and effective decision-making across HR, Finance and business leadership. This is a chance to influence reward strategy in a globally minded, innovative organisation. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li pension or 401(k) plan /li li private health insurance /li li Employee Assistance Program /li li Work From Anywhere program /li li generous annual leave /li li parental leave /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead annual delivery of core reward processes (compensation reviews, short-term incentives, long-term incentives). /li li Coordinate reward activities across multiple business areas with governance and timelines. /li li Support administration and implementation of executive and employee incentive plans. /li li Ensure consistency with policy and governance across reward programmes. /li li Act as trusted advisor on compensation, benchmarking and policy; respond to queries from managers and HR colleagues. /li li Maintain and evolve job architecture using the WTW Global Grading Framework; ensure proper role levelling. /li li Conduct external market benchmarking and align roles within the job framework. /li li Produce reward analytics and modelling to inform strategy and budget planning. /li li Validate reward data across systems and ensure data governance and quality. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience in a specialist Reward or Compensation role within a global, complex organisation. /li li Strong knowledge of compensation, incentive plans and reward programme delivery. /li li Experience using the WTW Global Grading Framework or similar methodology. /li li Proven experience conducting market benchmarking and salary analysis. /li li Advanced analytical and modelling skills, including Excel/Google Sheets. /li li Experience managing reward data and People information. /li li Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. /li li Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities. /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li influencing /li li attention to detail /li li WTW Global Grading Framework /li li Excel/Google Sheets /li li reward modelling /li /ul
