We are seeking a Research Associate (Networks Evidence and Evaluation Officer) to join IMPACT (‘Improving Adult Care Together’), the UK-wide centre for implementing evidence in adult social care. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with key partners to affect positive change.

We are looking for someone who can build and maintain relationships, with strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of audiences. We would welcome applications from those with experience of applied research in social care or a related setting.

As Research Associate (Networks Evidence and Evaluation Officer), you will principally focus on supporting the use of evidence within IMPACT Networks (one of IMPACT’s Delivery models), and evaluating the difference IMPACT Networks make on the use of evidence to shape change; the relationships between different stakeholders in adult social care; the capacity building of the organisations and stakeholders we work with; the facilitators and barriers to using evidence in practice, and the longer‑term impact of IMPACT Networks.
