The Role: We are recruiting to the role of Secondary PGCE Geography tutor to join our collegiate team. Our team provides excellent support and development for student teachers to enable them to successfully enter the teaching profession.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Teaching the Geography PGCE cohort
- Supervision of students on placement from across our range of PGCE subjects
- Tutorial support for students
- Marking students’ work
The successful candidate will have skills and experience that includes:
- Teaching in a Secondary School
- Qualified Teacher status
- Mentoring beginning Teachers
- A passion and enthusiasm for teaching Geography
