Responsibilities
We are seeking to appoint an experienced academic or professional to contribute to our leadership and executive education programmes. You will have experience in organisational behaviour and team performance and a proven track record of working with apprentices.
What we are looking for
- PhD or equivalent qualification, or appropriate level of experience in subject related area.
- Have a strong commitment to ensuring an outstanding student experience.
- Experience of teaching or training apprentices, work-based learners and professional CPD training courses.
- An ability to develop and deliver innovative teaching in organisational behaviour, people management and engagement and team working performance and development.
- A strong understanding of learner development and curriculum co-design.
- Contribute to the pastoral and academic supervision of learners.
- A commitment to inclusive, research-informed teaching.
- Experience working across diverse apprenticeship and executive education groups.
