The project focuses on representing and propagating uncertainty in time-varying eruption source parameters to support rapid operational forecasting by the Met Office’s VA Centre.
You will collaborate with the Atmospheric Dispersion and Air Quality group (ADAQ) at the Met Office and with Lancaster Environment Centre.
