You will play an active role in curriculum development, student support and the wider academic life of the School, helping to provide an outstanding learning experience across a range of teaching formats.

Alongside teaching, you will develop a strong programme of research that contributes to the School’s research profile and future REF ambitions. You will be expected to publish high-quality research, build collaborations, pursue external funding opportunities and engage with businesses, policymakers and other stakeholders to enhance the impact of your work. You will hold a completed PhD in Accounting, or possess significant relevant professional experience, together with recognised expertise in an area of accounting. You will have an emerging record of publications in internationally excellent journals and a research agenda aligned with strategic priorities. Experience of teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate students is essential, along with a commitment to developing excellent, innovative and inclusive teaching practice.
