About the Opportunity

We are looking for an immediately available and proactive Recruitment and Office Coordinator to join our team on a 9-month fixed term contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for an administration professional to explore a career in recruitment, playing a key role in attracting and engaging future talent for Econic across Europe.

You will support the delivery of our graduate, internship and lateral hiring programmes, working closely with candidates, hiring teams and external partners to ensure an exceptional recruitment experience.

As part of a small and collaborative team, the Recruitment & Office Coordinator will also provide administrative support to the London office. We anticipate this will be circa 25% of the time.

This role is in-office role and will be required to work from the office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Recruitment Coordination
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes for graduate, intern, and lateral hiring across Europe.
• Coordinate both in-person and virtual interviews and assessment activities.
• Act as the first point of contact for all candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the interview process.
• Collate interview feedback and coordinate feedback discussions.
• Support onboarding activities, including start dates and integration with HR, IT, Training and wider Operations teams.

Campus & Early Careers Recruitment
• Coordinate on-campus recruitment activities including job postings, careers fairs and campus days/presentations.
• Manage recruitment and campus engagement events, including invitations, registrations, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, careers services, and student organisations/societies.
• Organise and distribute recruitment and marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, merchandise).
• Assist with the planning and execution of campus events, careers fairs, and networking initiatives.

Systems, Reporting & Process Improvement
• Support the management and optimisation of recruitment systems and processes.
• Maintain and update candidate data within Workday (and other tracking systems), • ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Assist with the production of recruitment metrics and reporting including application volumes, sourcing data and offer acceptance rates.
• Support the gathering of market intelligence data to inform hiring decisions.
• Help identify and implement opportunities to improve recruitment processes, efficiency and candidate experience.

General Administration Support
• Order office snacks, refreshments and stationery supplies.
• Coordinate weekly team lunches.
• Support travel arrangements and logistics.
• Assist with events and general office administration.
• Support relocation of London office in 2027.

About You

Experience
• At least 1 year of experience in an administration, coordination, recruitment support or office assistant role.
• Experience gained within a professional services environment is desirable.
• Prior experience of working with business systems (i.e. HRIS, ATS, CRM, Travel, Expenses) is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
