The Role
We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our growing team. You will be a key member of the business working directly with the Senior Leadership Team, taking ownership of our strategy to support online growth, customer insight, customer retention and rapid global expansion.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our ambitious global business goals.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, driving our brands competitive edge.
- Oversee the creation, implementation and maintenance of a powerful and consistent brand identity across channels.
- Ensure our marketing efforts effectively showcase our unique value propositions, making us stand out in the crowded beauty industry.
- Lead our digital marketing initiatives, including social media, influencers, live shows, press etc. to optimise our online presence, awareness and customer engagement.
- Plan and execute compelling campaigns, promotions and partners that drive traffic and sales.
- Work closely with the creative and product teams to develop captivating marketing collateral that resonates with our audience.
- Work closely with the analytical teams to leverage customer data for targeted marketing initiatives.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and tracking ROI for all campaigns.

- Minimum 3 years’ operating at similar level within online retail.
