eComplete is a specialist eCommerce growth agency working with founder-led DTC brands across beauty, wellness, nutrition, lifestyle, and homeware. We don't operate as a traditional agency; instead, we utilise our proprietary data platform, industry-leading experience, and bespoke global infrastructure to provide embedded insight and support across all functions. This enables us to deliver faster targeted growth at a reduced risk with improved financials for our eCommerce partners and clients.

The eCommerce Manager will be the day-to-day operator across a portfolio of retainer accounts. You'll keep the trading rhythm running, coordinate channel specialists, prepare reporting, and act as a key contact for client teams. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across every part of the eCommerce stack, with a clear development path into Head of eCommerce.

  • Day-to-day lead across a portfolio of retainer eCommerce clients;
  • Act as key operational link between Head of eCommerce and specialist teams, ensuring delivery stays on track;
  • Analyse performance across Shopify, BigCommerce, GA4, Klaviyo, Meta, and Google Ads;
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance, identifying risks, anomalies, and growth opportunities;
  • Support monthly reporting and QBRs with clear, insight-led analysis;
  • Coordinate cross-channel activity across CRM, paid media, SEO, CRO, and development teams;
  • Manage campaign and project delivery against client priorities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met;
  • Conduct QA across creative, CRM campaigns, landing pages, and reporting before client delivery;
  • Support site updates, merchandising, and product launches across eCommerce platforms;
  • Build commercial understanding of client P&L, margins, and growth levers.

2-4 years in eCommerce; agency-side or in a multi-brand DTC environment.

Working knowledge of CRM (ideally Klaviyo), paid media basics, and SEO fundamentals.

Strong with data and reporting: Highly organised, with a track record of running multiple accounts or projects in parallel.

Genuinely curious about trading, growth, and how levers connect across channels.

Benefits & Package:

  • Remote and flexible working;
  • Holiday, and standard eComplete benefits (enhanced maternity/paternity leave, pension, 25 days holiday);
  • Clear career development path;
