The eCommerce Manager will be the day-to-day operator across a portfolio of retainer accounts. You'll keep the trading rhythm running, coordinate channel specialists, prepare reporting, and act as a key contact for client teams. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across every part of the eCommerce stack, with a clear development path into Head of eCommerce.
- Day-to-day lead across a portfolio of retainer eCommerce clients; act as key operational link between Head of eCommerce and specialist teams, ensuring delivery stays on track.
- Analyse performance across Shopify, BigCommerce, GA4, Klaviyo, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Monitor daily/weekly performance, identifying risks, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Support monthly reporting and QBRs with clear, insight-led analysis.
- Coordinate cross-channel activity across CRM, paid media, SEO, CRO, and development teams.
- Manage campaign and project delivery against client priorities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct QA across creative, CRM campaigns, landing pages, and reporting before client delivery.
- Support site updates, merchandising, and product launches across eCommerce platforms.
- Build commercial understanding of client P&L, margins, and growth levers.
2-4 years in eCommerce; agency-side or in a multi-brand DTC environment. Working knowledge of CRM (ideally Klaviyo), paid media basics, and SEO fundamentals. Strong with data and reporting: highly organised, with a track record of running multiple accounts or projects in parallel. Genuinely curious about trading, growth, and how levers connect across channels.
