About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Account Manager to join eComOne, an award-winning eCommerce performance marketing agency. You will deliver and manage SEO strategy, AI visibility and organic growth for a portfolio of established eCommerce brands. The focus of the role is to deliver measurable performance through technical SEO, content strategy and digital PR. This is a client-facing position, requiring strong communication skills, organisation, and the ability to translate SEO activity into clear business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy & Account Management
    • Research and implement SEO strategies for £3M+ eCommerce brands
    • Manage day-to-day client communication and reporting
    • Assist in translating SEO activity into commercial growth plans
  • Technical SEO & On-Site Optimisation
    • Support delivery of technical SEO audits (indexation, Core Web Vitals, site structure)
    • Work with developers and internal teams to implement recommendations
    • Optimise across Shopify, Adobe Commerce and BigCommerce platforms
  • Content Strategy & AI Search Optimisation
    • Support content strategies aligned with search intent and modern search behaviour
    • Contribute to topical authority and entity-led content frameworks
    • Structure content for search visibility and AI-driven search environments, including LLMs
  • Digital PR & Outreach
    • Support planning and execution of Digital PR and outreach campaigns
    • Assist in securing backlinks, media coverage and brand mentions
    • Contribute to link building and partnership opportunities
  • Analytics, CRO & Performance
    • Deliver SEO reporting, forecasting and performance insights
    • Use tools such as GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and more
    • Support conversion rate optimisation and user experience improvements

Experience in at least 2 of the above is essential for this role.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 2–3 years SEO experience
  • Experience working on eCommerce websites or campaigns
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Technical SEO fundamentals
    • Content strategy and search intent
    • Digital PR and outreach (desirable)
    • Data analysis and reporting
  • Previous experience within a digital marketing agency preferred
  • Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystems is advantageous
  • Familiarity with Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, Search Console
