From day one you'll work directly with our Head of Marketing and Managing Director, gaining hands-on experience managing over
£500,000 of annual media spend across Google and Meta while learning how a fast-growing ecommerce business makes commercial decisions.

We're an ambitious ecommerce retailer with exciting growth plans, investing heavily in AI, customer acquisition, CRM and technology to become one of the UK's leading online gifting businesses.
Performance marketing sits at the heart of our growth strategy.
The Role
You'll work alongside our Performance Marketing team to support the day-to-day management of our paid media channels while learning how to grow profitable ecommerce businesses.
You'll receive mentoring from experienced marketers and work across Google Ads, Meta, ecommerce trading, CRM and analytics.
No two days will be the same.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Support the management of Google Ads across Search, Shopping and Performance Max.
- Assist with Meta advertising across Facebook and Instagram.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Produce weekly reports and performance insights.
- Help plan and execute A/B tests across campaigns and landing pages.
- Work closely with our CRM and Ecommerce teams to improve customer acquisition.
- Coordinate work with our offshore performance marketing support team.
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, reporting and campaign optimisation.
- Keep up to date with the latest developments across Google, Meta and ecommerce.
About You
We're much more interested in your attitude and potential than your previous experience.
- A recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a similar subject.
- Someone who has completed internships or placements in digital marketing.
- Someone who's taught themselves Google Ads, Meta Ads or Google Analytics.
- Someone who loves solving problems and learning new technology.
You don't need to know everything.
We can teach you the platforms.
What we can't teach is curiosity, commercial thinking and a willingness to learn.
