Ecomnova is a fast growth online floral led gifting business with two brands, Appleyard London and Blossoming Gifts. We are looking for a self-motivated and ambitious Affiliates and Partnerships Manager to take our affiliate programme and strategic partnerships to the next level. This is an exciting and unique role within an in-house digital marketing team.
The successful candidate will have full ownership of the existing channel working closely with current affiliates and third party partners. A key element of the role will be identifying and acquiring new affiliates and partners to grow sales and increase brand awareness.
The ideal candidate should know how to use data and a test driven approach to optimise and grow the channel and meet company wide objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of affiliates
- Day to day management of brand and reward partners
- Devise and implement a 12 month strategy for affiliate channel and revenue growth
- Build and implement a 12 month partner recruitment strategy to acquire partners aligned with the brand values and objectives
- Measure and track channel performance
- Proactively look for new opportunities within the channel
- Reporting to Head of Marketing and working in close alignment with the marketing team across all channels to deliver campaigns
- Reporting of KPIs and communication with key stakeholders
Skills:
- Experience of building partnerships and recruiting partners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Self motivated and ambitious
- Capacity to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment and flexible to business' needs
- Experience working with affiliate networks including AWIN is preferred
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Remote/Hybrid with the ability to commute into our London office when required.
