PMO Analytics & Insights Lead in Stoke-on-Trent

Salary: £44,000 - 45,000 per year

Requirements

• Strong PMO experience within a project or portfolio environment
• Advanced Power BI reporting and dashboard development
• Agile delivery experience
• Jira
• Portfolio reporting, governance and RAID management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Stoke-on-Trent
• Availability to be on site 3 days per week
• UK work authorisation
• 5 years experience with Jira and Agile sprints
• 5 years PMO experience
• 5 years experience building Power BI dashboards from scratch is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI dashboards and portfolio reporting
• Provide insight into project performance, risks, capacity and benefits
• Support forecasting, planning and portfolio decision-making
• Maintain high-quality portfolio data and reporting standards
• Work closely with stakeholders across Technology and the wider business
• Support the mobilisation and delivery of short-term business change initiatives

We are a newly established PMO based in Stoke-on-Trent, working in a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days from home. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape how projects are delivered across the business, reporting directly to the Head of PMO.
