We’re partnering with a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle group in Dubai to hire a Performance Marketing Manager. This full-time, office-based role will lead paid media efforts across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels.
You’ll manage large-scale budgets across multiple fashion brands, driving acquisition, efficiency, and growth. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s data-led, commercially minded, and thrives in high-growth environments. Bonus if you\’re comfortable with SQL, as the team is launching new carousel campaigns and building in-house dashboards.
What you’ll bring:
-Relevant experience managing Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, Pmax, YouTube), and TikTok campaigns
-Proven experience delivering results with large budgets
-Strong analytical mindset — fluent in ROAS, CAC, LTV:CAC
-Comfortable with SQL and tools like BigQuery or Tableau
-Experience partnering with creative, CRM, and tech teams
-Bonus: Klaviyo, GA4, feed tools, or basic scripting skills
