We’re partnering with a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle group in Dubai to hire a Head of Brand Marketing. This is a full-time, office-based role leading a high-output, performance-driven content team across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
You’ll build and scale a content engine that combines cultural creativity with commercial impact—delivering brand storytelling, social engagement, and conversion. You’ll lead a cross-functional team across video, copy, motion, and design, with agile systems to produce high volumes of content at speed.
We\’re looking for a senior-level /head of content leader with a strong grasp of digital trends, social-first storytelling, and creative systems. Experience integrating AI into content workflows is key, as is the ability to collaborate across brand, growth, and product teams to deliver results.
You should bring:
-Senior-level experience in content, creative, or production roles
