We’re expanding our Manchester-based team at ECOM (part of Morson Group), and we’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong focus on technology and digital. Based in the iconic Bonded Warehouse, you’ll be joining a business that’s deeply connected to the region’s thriving digital community.

In this role, you’ll be driving new business development while also delivering top-tier recruitment services across the full 360 cycle. You’re an experienced 360 recruiter with a background in technology or digital. You’re confident developing new business, building strong client relationships, and delivering a high-quality service. You communicate clearly, work with integrity, and thrive in a high-performance, team-oriented environment — with a good sense of humour always welcome.
