The Company

This Global Tech Product organisation have developed themselves over the past two years into one of the UK's most desirable employers to work for in the tech industry. They are going through a major recruitment drive due to a multi-million pound transformation project and so are on the lookout for an ambitious Lead Java Engineer who wants to be part of the company's continuous expansion.

The Person

They are looking for a Lead Engineer who has built web-based applications from the ground up in ideally Java 17 (though this is flexible) and you should have gained experience developing most facets of Core Java along with web technologies such as XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. All development is done within an Agile environment.

The Role

You will be leading a medium sized team of multi-disciplined Engineers and working with System Architects with regards to the overall design of the products and then having the responsibility of delivering the product roadmap. You will be working in an extremely dynamic environment producing digital products that will be used throughout the world. The Package

The client is able to offer an extremely competitive starting salary between £80,000 to £96,000, exceptional individual benefits and a very flexible working system.
