Role Description: This is a full-time, remote role for a Project Manager at Ecom Landers. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of landing page and funnel projects, from initial scoping through launch and post-launch optimization. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating timelines, managing priorities, and aligning designers, developers, copywriters, and clients to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope.
- Tracking progress, removing blockers, reviewing deliverables for quality, and communicating clearly with stakeholders on expectations, changes, and results.
- Helping refine internal processes, document best practices, and support continuous improvement across multiple concurrent projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills, including experience planning, scheduling, and coordinating multiple digital projects.
- Experience working as an expeditor or in expediting functions to ensure timely delivery of tasks, assets, and milestones.
- Knowledge of logistics coordination for digital or creative production workflows, ensuring smooth handoffs between teams.
- Ability to inspect and review project deliverables for quality, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills in a remote, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar) and basic understanding of web and eCommerce concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; experience with eCommerce or Shopify projects is a plus.
