We are looking for a HR Project Manager to co-ordinate and support the delivery of a wide range of global HR projects that could cover engagement, talent and development and other initiatives. Individuals must have experience within either a HR Generalist role with an interest in project work or as a Project Manager within a similar role and environment. The successful candidate will work as part of our Global HR team to research, develop, co-ordinate and implement projects under the direction of the Global HRBP and/or Global Learning & Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Research, coordinate and support the delivery of a wide range of Global HR projects including the implementation, communication and monitoring of projects such as (but not limited to): Job Architecture, L&D Management Programmes, Global Engagement Survey, Review and development of global HR policies, Continuation of Values global roll out plan, HR compliance programme, Global succession planning, Other HR projects as required.
The role will involve planning, organising and monitoring project activities across different commodities, communities and geographical locations. The role will involve collaboration with HR colleagues, our local HR Teams, cross functional departments and our business stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
Skills & Experience:- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Generalist or Project Manager within a similar environment with multiple, diverse operations.
- Experience co-ordinating and delivering talent, learning, employee engagement, ESG, HR technology or other people-related projects.
- Experienced with co-ordinating and delivering operational projects independently and in larger cross-functional teams.
- Strong research and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to creatively engage key stakeholders and stakeholder groups through various channels and media.
- Fluent in English. Spanish, French or Portuguese a plus.
- Highly adaptable and flexible doer and team player, able to multi-task and willing to jump in and help colleagues, with a positive attitude.
