ECOM is seeking a target driven, process oriented and collaborative Digitisation Services Lead to support the streamlined digitisation of First Mile Data in ECOM Origins. As the Digitisation Services Lead you will lead a team who provides training, services and support to users. The ideal candidate will have a track record of identifying/supporting businesses to identify opportunities for digitising First Mile data, managing end-to-end digitisation support, and ensuring users receive appropriate customer service. The position will require travel to origin to understand operations, provide application training and support for end users.

Responsibilities

Tasks will include:

  • Provide First Mile Origin Data Teams, Global Sustainability Teams and other stakeholders of First Mile Digitisation with high quality customer service and support, in coordination with group IT
  • Act as the interface between customer and internal teams to support user acceptance testing of change and maintenance releases.
  • Manage and minimise the impact of any releases to clients.
  • Lead the team providing business level L1 support for our existing first mile technologies
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly review of teams and propose any action plans
  • Track progress of developments or customisations and coordinate with Test Leads to complete test against requirements
  • Manage open items of the testing phase of implementations and releases
  • Produce and distribute usage reports with stakeholders, as well as analysing results and propose solutions to increase the usage
  • Develop a methodology for training new and existing users, including the creation of training materials
  • Conduct onsite and online training
  • Ensure that origin data teams use approved technology tools for First Mile data collection for the processes agreed
  • Coordinate with product, data and technology teams to support the development and deployment of new tools and functionalities
  • Work closely with Global Transformation Team and Global IT
  • Contribute to strengthening the First Mile digitisation process in ECOM

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related field would be an advantage
  • 5 years+ experience in the management of software products, including implementation, management and support of applications
  • Knowledge and experience of field operations for key soft commodities like coffee, cocoa and cotton
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Ability to influence, engage and manage at different levels
  • Knowledge and use of project management and testing tools
