We’re currently recruiting for an Ecology Community Engagement Manager in our Porth Branch.
If you’re passionate about people, community and making a positive impact, we’d love to hear from you. Role Purpose
Support the successful operation and positive community impact of the Porth Community Banc branch of Ecology. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will strengthen the branch’s presence within the local community, enhance the customer experience, and help drive service and growth objectives aligned to Ecology’s mission.
You will act as a visible representative of Ecology in the community, build relationships with partners and local organisations, and support activities that increase awareness, engagement, and value for both Ecology and non‑Ecology customers.
The role serves as a key support and escalation point within the branch team and includes stepping upto lead the branch during periods of absence, while maintaining a focus on community benefit, customer service excellence, and operational safety.
