Role Description
The Service & Enablement Lead – Remote is a full-time, on-site role based in London, responsible for optimizing service delivery and supporting teams in providing exceptional client experiences.
This role involves overseeing customer service processes, coordinating with sales and finance teams, and using data and analysis to improve operational performance.
The Service & Enablement Lead will develop enablement materials, such as playbooks, training resources, and tools that help client-facing teams work efficiently and consistently.
