You will be responsible for relationship management, support and credit assessment activities for commercial and community borrowers and support delivery of the corporate plan requirements for lending, consistent with the values, ethics and policies of the Society.
- Salary: We’re committed to paying our people fairly for the role they undertake and are an accredited Living Wage employer.
- Pension: We know how important it is to save towards your future, that’s why we’ll contribute 8% into your pension and you’ll contribute a minimum of 1%.
- Performance Related Pay: After a qualifying period, you’ll be included in our discretionary performance related pay scheme.
