The IT Vendor Manager is accountable for the governance, performance, and risk management of third-party IT suppliers. The role ensures vendors deliver secure, compliant, and value-driven services while meeting regulatory, audit, and cyber security requirements. Acting as a key interface between IT, Risk, and Procurement, the role mitigates third-party risk and supports operational resilience across the organisation.
