The IT Service Manager is responsible for ensuring the secure, resilient, and effective operation of the Society’s IT and cloud services. The role provides leadership across infrastructure, cloud operations, service delivery, and cyber security, ensuring systems are reliable, compliant, and aligned to business objectives. Operating within a regulated environment, the role balances operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement while delivering high-quality IT services that support and enable the wider organisation.

About our Benefits:
- Salary: We’re committed to paying our people fairly for the role they undertake and are an accredited Living Wage employer.
- Pension: We will contribute 8% into your pension and you’ll contribute a minimum of 1%.
