The Ecology team is ambitious, dynamic, and driven by our collective goal to build a greener future, and we currently have an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager to join our IT Team.

The IT Manager is responsible for ensuring the secure, resilient, and effective operation of the Society’s IT environment, including infrastructure, cloud platforms, end-user technology, and cyber security controls. Operating within a regulated environment, the role balances operational leadership, risk management, and continuous improvement while enabling the wider organisation through dependable and well-governed technology.

• Salary: We’re committed to paying our people fairly for the role they undertake and are an accredited Living Wage employer.
• Pension: We’ll contribute 8% into your pension and you’ll contribute a minimum of 1%.
