The Ecology team is ambitious, dynamic, and driven by our collective goal to build a greener future, and we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Controls and Outcomes Analyst to join our Operations team. As part of the Society’s first line of defence, the Controls and Outcomes Analyst will undertake a series of proactive measures to ensure the Society is compliant with Customer Due Diligence and Anti-Money Laundering regulations, ensuring the delivery of positive outcomes to our Members.

About our Benefits:

  • Salary: We’re committed to paying our people fairly for the role they undertake and are an accredited Living Wage employer.
  • Performance Related Pay: After a qualifying period, you’ll be included in our discretionary performance related pay scheme.
