Here at Ecologi, we believe our people are our greatest asset. We invest in and develop our talent and are hiring a Head of Strategic Climate Partnerships to lead our Strategic Accounts function within the Commercial team.
You will work closely with Ecologi's enterprise clients to support them in the implementation of their climate strategy, providing insight and guidance to help optimise their investment in carbon management and nature-restoration solutions.
Typical Week
- Client Work (~60%)
- Work with existing clients to create long-term value for both parties, focusing on impact, trust, and partnership.
- Lead thoughtful, well-prepared conversations that reduce buyer risk and support informed decision-making.
- Develop and deepen relationships with strategic clients, engaging key stakeholders across functions and seniority.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success team to align account planning and relationship development.
- Lead and support the team (currently 1 direct report) through coaching, feedback, and shared learning.
- Create space for curiosity, humility, and continuous improvement.
- Encourage high standards, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
- Work with Commercial Director to evolve growth strategy in line with Ecologi’s impact-led ethos.
- Stay close to market, climate, and competitor developments to ensure relevance and credibility with clients as their “trusted climate expert”.
- Reflect on what is working, what is not, and adapt approach while staying true to team values.
First Year Goals
- Complete a six-month in-depth onboarding programme
- Build relationships and partnerships within your client network
- Take full responsibility for your portfolio and pipeline by month six
- Coach and develop your team to exceed growth targets

Enhanced parental leave: Supporting parents to be is high on our priority list so if you’ve been with us for a minimum of 26 weeks up to any day in the qualifying week, you’ll get 12 weeks at 90% pay if you’re the primary carer, and 2 weeks full pay + 4 weeks at 50% pay if you’re the secondary carer.
Early Friday leave: Enjoy a head start to your weekend every Friday at 3:00 PM, embracing a healthy work-life balance!
