About the Role

As Executive Assistant to the Head of School, you will:

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support to the Head of School.
  2. Proactively manage a busy calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and school events with precision.
  3. Liaise confidently with staff, students, families, and external stakeholders in both English and French.
  4. Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  5. Anticipate needs, streamline processes, and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
  6. Be a reliable point of contact, always ready to assist and problem-solve as challenges arise.
